We undertakes investment projects via Transfer-Operate-Transfer scheme of arrangement ("TOT"), Build-Operate-Transfer ("BOT"), Build-Own-Operate ("BOO") etc. Two wastewater treatment plants that we acquire under TOT are located at Liaoyang City, Liaoning province and Xintai City, Shandong province. These plants have a treatment capacity of up to 200,000m³/day and 80,000m³/day respectively. The investment size for Liaoyang and Xintai Wastewater treatment plants are RMB180 million and RMB70 million respectively. Both of these projects are for tenures of 30 years.
