  • Our Subsidiaries

    • NOVO Envirotech (Guangzhou) Co Ltd - Located in Guangzhou city of Southern China, NOVO Envirotech (Guangzhou) is one of the two engineering arms of United Envirotech Ltd. It undertakes water and wastewater engineering projects and is also the base for the EHS consulting business.

    • NOVO Envirotech (Tianjin) Co Ltd - Located in Tianjin City of Northern China, NOVO Envirotech ( Tianjin ) is the second engineering arm of United Envirotech Ltd. It undertakes water and wastewater engineering projects and is the Group's design and R&D centre.

    • United Envirotech Water Treatment (Liaoyang) Co Ltd - Located at Liaoning province of Northern China, United Envirotech Water Treatment ( Liaoyang ) is a 200,000 m3/day municipal wastewater treatment facility that the Group has acquired under Transfer-operate-transfer TOT agreement from the Liaoyang City Government. The company generates recurring income for the group by operating and managing the wastewater treatment plant and receiving tariff from the Liaoyang City Govenment.

    • United Envirotech Water Treatment ( Xintai ) Co Ltd - Located at Shangdong Province of Eastern China, United Envirotech Water Treatment ( Xintai ) is a 80,000 m3/day municipal wastewater treatment facility that the Group has acquired under Transfer-operate-transfer TOT agreement from the Xintai City Government. The company generates recurring income for the group by operating and managing the wastewater treatment plant and receiving tariff from the Xintai City Govenment.

    • UE NOVO ( Malaysia ) Sdn Bhd - Located in Johore of Southern Malaysia, UE NOVO ( Malaysia ) is an investment holding company that spearheads the investment activities of the Group in Malaysia . It has one fully owned subsidiary Dataran Tanaga (Malaysia) Sdn which undertakes wastewater treatment engineering projects and carries out pump trading and related M&E work such as erection of pumping stations.

  • Our Associate Company

    • Guangzhou Lin Hai Envirotech Co Ltd - Located at Guangzhou Nansha , Guangzhou Lin Hai Envirotech is a joint venture between United Envirotech and Guangzhou Nansha Assets Operation Co. Ltd. It owns, operates and manages a 10,000 m3/day industrial wastewater treatment plant in the Guangzhou Nansha Chemical Industrial Park which receives wastewater from various tenants located in the Chemical Industrial Park .
