Incorporation of Novo Environmental Technology Services Pte Ltd (NOVOETS), a subsidiary of Singapore Productivity and Standards Board. The company was set up by Dr Lin Yucheng and its main business was in environmental, health and safety standards consultancy and environmental engineering.

April 2001 Incorporation of Novo Environmental Technology Services (Guangzhou) as a fully own subsidiary of NOVOETS. The company’s main business was to provide EHS consultancy services and environmental engineering solutions to MNCs and enterprises in China.

Incorporation of United Envirotech Ltd

Incorporation of NOVO Envirotech (Guangzhou) as the fully own subsidiary of UEL and acquisition of all businesses of Novo Environmental Technology Services (Guangzhou).

Completed Wastewater Reclamation Project at Sinopec Guangzhou Branch – first double membrane industrial “Newater” project, first of its kind in Sinopec Group

Awarded MBR project from Sinopec Luoyang, first MBR for petrochemical industry in Sinopec Group and the largest petrochemical wastewater MBR plant in China when it was completed.
